The Humedales Park is a great place to walk on the boardwalk and enjoy the willows, poplars, and cypress trees as well as to go birding early in the morning or in the evening. Entry is 5 only pesos. it is also the location for the Office of Civil Protection. Across the street from the park you will find: The Caballo Negro liquor and grocery, Los Humedales Laundramat ( with pick up and delivery service to the cottage) and two economic resturants. You can then go another 200 m to the OXXO if there is anything that the Caballo Negro doesn't have.
