Prado is the nearest supermarket, turning left out of the front door and right at the end of the road. At 10 minutes walk, it's further than the nearby mini-markets, but it's better value. Their butcher is cheaper than Jardim, and the chicken particularly is better quality. They often have promotions for fruit and vegetables on Wednesdays and Thursdays, and for meat on Thursdays and Fridays.
