A husband and wife team- he Nepalese, she Korean- run this little hole-in-the-wall that dishes Nepalese, Indian and Korean dishes. They serve dinner but we always go for the lunch buffet. Great for vegetarians and diners with certain food sensitivities (gluten and lactose).

Our favorite multi-ethnic buffet! Everest is a Korean/Indian/Nepalese restaurant run by a great local family. This unique combination coupled with excellent recipes makes this one of our favorite spots, especially for the lunch buffet. Make sure you try the japchae (Korean sweet potato noodles), but be warned if you're a noodle lover... it might ruin everything else for you!
