Situated on a 42 hectare forest site on the South Coast of New South Wales, five kilometres south of Batemans Bay. The gardens grow and display plants which occur naturally in the region. The site abounds with a wide variety of flora and fauna including many of the 2000 species of plants, trees and shrubs of the region. There are kangaroos, wallabies, bandicoots, possums, echidnas, snakes, lizards, frogs and many birds. Features include display gardens, walking tracks, picnic and barbecue areas, children's playground, a visitors centre and cafe.

Over eight kilometres of tracks have been developed within the Gardens, giving access to the natural and man made features of the site. A walk booklet and map is available from the Gardens Visitors Centre.

@eurobodallabotanicgarden has a wonderful cafe for breakfast lunch or coffee. Eat inside or out! Mossy Point Cafe now run the cafe and the menu is good. I can recommend the $19 Goddess Bowl with excellent falafel, kale chips, pickled radish and beetroot hummus. The cakes are an amazing selection too. But seedlings native to the area, browse the excellent shop, go for a walk or just enjoy the glorious surroundings. Cafe Open Wednesday to Sunday 9-4pm. Helpfully it’s order and pay at the till so no problems splitting bills. No alcohol available.
